Aim of the project:

The MAGNET project focuses on how local and regional hubs can play an active role in economic development by supporting the retention of talents and investments in a coordinated way. The project aims to strengthen the operation and development of these hubs through strategic knowledge exchange, with special attention to the needs of local businesses and labour market challenges.

Activity of PBN:

In the MAGNET project, PBN supports the development of local investment and talent attraction hubs by collecting, analyzing, and contributing to the adaptation of proven European best practices in other regions. Additionally, PBN actively participates in promoting interregional knowledge sharing and capacity building among project partners.
