Aim of the project:

The main aim of the Digi-B-Well project is to enhance the capacities of SMEs, public authorities, and academia in Central Europe for digital-era management and achieving digital well-being. By developing and implementing solutions for digital audits and transformation, Digi-B-Well aims to improve operational effectiveness, competitiveness, and service orientation. It also emphasizes the prevention of digital stress and burnout, particularly among employees aged 55 and above. Overall, Digi-B-Well strives to foster a work environment that balances digital efficiency with employee well-being​​.

Activity of PBN:
 

PBN will actively participate in activities such as establishing digital-era management and business operation models, fostering digital and teleworking cultures, and ensuring digital well-being for employees. This includes digital education and talent development initiatives. Furthermore, PBN will participate the implementation of pilot actions targeting business support organizations and elaborate an action plan for Hungary.PBN will also be involved in capacity building, communication, and awareness-raising activities, aiming to change the attitude and behavior of stakeholders towards digitalization, well-being, and health-related aspects of the digital transformation process .
