On February 28, 2024, the John von Neumann University in Kecskemét hosted the Local World Café of DECORATOR project.
The event, titled "Smart City Factory PROGRAM-Intelligent and Sustainable Industrial Development," brought together 16 in-person participants and 22 online attendees. This gathering was a co-organized by Pannon Business Network Association.
The primary focus of the discussions revolved around two critical topics: circular challenges and digitalization in the construction industry.
The event underscored the importance of sustainable practices and the adoption of digital tools to enhance efficiency and resilience in the construction sector. The collaborative environment allowed stakeholders from SMEs, business support organizations, and higher education institutions to share their insights and experiences.
The Local World Café served as a valuable platform for exchanging ideas and proposing innovative solutions to industry challenges. The feedback from attendees was overwhelmingly positive, highlighting the importance of collective action and cross-sectoral collaboration.
